To become a Jeep Exclusive member you must attend a club meeting, held on the first Monday of every month @ 7pm at

Elks Amarillo Lodge
932 Clyde Street
Amarillo, TX 79106-4206

Next, the prospective member must come to either 1 club function or another meeting. This has to be done in order. A prospective member then needs to fill out and sign the following two papers. ***NOTE*** You MUST, MUST, MUST have a copy of your insurance card on your Jeep. ***NOTE***
Please print these forms out and return them to a Jeep Meeting, club function, or board member
